Person charged with petty misdemeanor, now on probation. She wanted to know if she could still vote. I checked the MN website - www.sos.state.mn. and relayed that from all I saw there and in US the BOR for MN, she was still eligible to vote. |

Caller was wearing stickers and buttons while voting. No one said anything. While she was in the voting booth, the election judge came in and began removing the caller's button from her purse. Caller turned around and when judge saw her jacket, the judge started to remove the caller's jacket. Caller ripped her sticker off and gave it to the judge. Judge said she could get it back when she was done voting. Caller finished voting and then went to a judge to compalin and was referred to the head judge, who was the person who had taken her button, etc. Caller complained and the judge said the the judge was complaining as well. |
