When they went to vote, the woman and daughter could vote but the boyfriend, was told he couldn't vote. His wallet had been stolen and he didn't have ID. The woman and daughter offered to vouch for him but the person at the door and the person handing out ballots said they couldn't vouch for him and he had tocome back with ID.
041363 11/02/04, 12:57 PM PST Machine problem Epiphany Catholic Church 11001 Hanson Blvd. NW Coon Rapids 55433, Coon Rapids, Anoka County, Minnesota Scanner did not read vote. It kicked ballots back ut. When a ballot did go through, the machine said, "ballot not rad." They fiddled with it, then put ballots in slot on the side of machine.
