voter filed for absentee ballot in september. when it did not arrive in the mail, voter called to check on the status and was told to refile. replacement application was resent and refiled in october. voter also sent copies of voter cards for both he and his wife. mail is forwarded to voter by a forwarding service. when voter called forwarding service he was informed that others had called and never received their absentee ballots. he was one of many that had this problem. he and his wife always vote absentee and voted in the 2000 election. |
