Had registered in Miami Dade in April 2004 and early September 2004. Had possibly received a voter registration form (of some type) requesting her signature right before her move, but did not have a chance to complete it.[P] |

Called last Friday, didn't get voter registration card. She found you on the computer but said am I registered? Yes, but you can't vote because their "book" was closed on October 4, but she was registered after 10/4. Sent in card in July. She filled in her card anyway and sent it in. They mailed it back with missing questiosn, she sent it back on 10/9 or 10 with that information filled in. |

Voter filled out optical scan voting paper - however the optical machine was broken - voter was told by election official to put his ballot in the side of the machine for later counting - voter is concerend whether his vote has been or will be counted. |

Caller states that some ballots were being run thru optical scanner, while others were not, heard poll worker state that they're not scanning all the ballots because that would slow down the line. This didn't make sense to caller; if that's the case, why scan any of the ballots?

Registered in Osceola but never registered in Orange County, where moved to now and tried to vote but was denied. So went to get absentee ballot and they denied her. Told her she'd be committing a felony but let husband vote because he showed ID with old address from Osceola even though officials knew he lived in Orange County. Wife just didn't have anything with old address. |

When caller voted, she was approached in line by someone less than 50 feet away from polls. They gave out lists telling everyone who to vote for and what to vote for each amendment. Standing at the entrance to the polls was Osceola County Sheriff. She felt it was a tool to guide people in their votes. (intimidating). She felt rules should be enforced for everyone. [P] |
